India’s First Exclusive Dog Park – Gachibowli, Hyderabad (2018)
Where History Was Made: Engineering a Nationwide Revolution in Pet Infrastructure
In 2018, KAPSPETS AAA was chosen to execute the core manufacturing and installation of canine agility infrastructure for a historic, nationally acclaimed project: the GHMC Dog Park in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Sprawling across 1.3 acres of premium urban space, this landmark destination was formally inaugurated as India’s very first exclusive, certified dog park and training center.
The Blueprint of a National First
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) set out with a visionary goal: to convert a former dump yard into a world-class, certified pet sanctuary equipped with specialized training tracks, splash pools, and professional agility circuits. To ensure the park met international standards of canine safety and mechanical durability, the municipal corporation entrusted the entire manufacturing scope to KAPSPETS AAA.
Scope of Innovations & Engineering Delivered
As a national first, the project demanded a flawless balance of innovative design and rugged, commercial-grade strength to handle unprecedented daily crowds:
-
Certified Agility Curriculum: Manufactured custom obstacles including pro-level training ramps, climbing A-frames, weaving poles, balance planks, and specialized hurdle jumps.
-
Heavy-Duty Public Engineering: Designed explicitly to handle heavy municipal footfall, featuring rust-proof treatments, weather-shielded finishes, and non-toxic materials built to endure intense climatic exposure.
-
Safety-Centric Construction: Applied specialized, pet-friendly coatings and strict rounded-edge molding across all manufactured equipment to guarantee injury-free training sessions for pets of all sizes.
The Lasting Legacy
The Gachibowli Dog Park didn’t just serve Hyderabad’s pet parents—it altered the blueprint of urban planning across India, sparking a nationwide demand for dedicated pet zones. KAPSPETS AAA is incredibly proud to have been the manufacturing backbone behind the park that started it all.
