Upgrading India’s First Certified Dog Park with Next-Generation Canine Engineering

In 2025, KAPSPETS AAA returned to the historic roots of Indian pet infrastructure: the GHMC Dog Park in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Having originally manufactured the park’s founding equipment back in 2018, our team was commissioned to execute a complete, ground-up modernization project—decommissioning the old setups and replacing them entirely with our all-new, next-generation agility structures.

The Evolution: Out with the Old, In with the Latest

Seven years of intense, high-volume public footprint and heavy monsoon cycles provided invaluable real-world data. For the 2025 upgrade, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) once again trusted KAPSPETS AAA to completely revamp the 1.3-acre facility. We stripped out the 2018 legacy equipment and deployed our latest, highly evolved 2025 catalog, setting a brand-new national benchmark for public pet parks.

The 2025 installation showcases our most advanced manufacturing techniques, focusing heavily on modern canine ergonomics, superior material life, and elite safety:

• Heavy-Duty Galvanized Iron (GI) Core: Moving completely away from standard mild steel, the new 2025 agility line features heavy-gauge Galvanized Iron, providing ultimate rust resistance against severe environmental weathering.

• Treated Pine Wood with Wood-Burning Texture: Incorporating premium, deeply treated pine wood finished with an artistic wood-burning technique. This not only enhances the natural aesthetic grain but provides an incredible, natural anti-slip grip for running paws.

• Strict “No-Surface-Fastener” Safety: Every single ramp, hurdle, and bridge features concealed internal joint locking, leaving zero exposed bolts or screws on the surface to eliminate any chance of animal injury.

• Advanced Elite Coating: Finished with multi-layered, non-toxic Asian Paints PU and protective Epoxy coatings to withstand the intense Hyderabad heat and relentless daily public usage.
